Hot
forging
Sirelma is able to manufacture forged components weighing up to 170kg thanks to its production lines equipped with power hammers and presses of different sizes, all of them powered by induction furnaces.
Each forged component is the result of a rigorous production process that ensures high mechanical and metallurgical performance.
Ring rolling
Through the radial-axial ring rolling process, rolled rings production, including shaped rings, goes up to 850 mm in outer diameter.
Ring rolling is not only a technological choice, but also a guarantee of performance: the controlled grain flow distribution provides products with superior quality compared to other manufacturing processes.
