Through the analysis of Customer semi-finished or finished drawing, we optimize the forging design according to the following machining steps.
Feasibility analysis allows a complete evaluation of all technical and quality aspects, taking into consideration specs on raw material and preliminary heat treatment, too.
Upon request, we can offer our Customers heat treated and semi-finished items.
These operations are carried out by qualified sub-suppliers, periodically submitted to quality and process audits.

Two die manufacture divisions carry out the Technical Department manufacturing instructions.
Thanks to cutting edge CNC machines, tooling and dies can be produced in a short time, an essential condition for the quick start-up of new items.
